You mean <URL:http://www.softwolves.pp.se/cbm/maskinvara/scart>?  You can
make it a little simpler, with only 6 resistors.  I've built such an
adapter inside a SCART connector.  I have three cables running to the
SCART connector case: the audio and video input (actually two RCA jacks to
which I connect another cable), the VDC input (from the DB9 connector) and
a dual switch that selects between RGBI and composite video.
