I'm hoping she calls it the SuperVIC-VGA!

Desireable 'extras':
- ETHERNET and/or USB
- 65816 'option' socket
- Provision for bank switched RAM beyond 16 Mb
- Upgradeability when we need more features

Things to consider:
C-128 hardware compatibility???
SuperCPU compatibility???
Disable switch for running legacy C-128 MODE software.
