I'm not sure if that is true, some of the undocumented opcodes rely on
analogue side effects of the digital circuits and so a pure translation
of the netlist is not going to implement them correctly.

You'd need to start emulating the analogue behavior. Though I'm not sure
that all undocumented opcodes are actually that important.
