This page now also has some scope measurements. I think I had the odd/even lines 
mixed up earlier, it doesn't really matter I guess. There is a significant 
difference in amplitude in odd/even lines for colors that near the edge of the 
U/V quadrants (for lack of a better word), i.e. blue, red, cyan, yellow. Other 
colors appears better behaved. Oddly the color burst has a significantly lower 
amplitude than the other colors, I would have thought this would have been more 
or less the same as orange?

Again this was measured straight from the chip, without modulator.
