This list omits the control codes present in the original PET because
these are present in all subsequent Commodore computers.  It lists all
subsequent additions except for the CBM-II.  I do not have information on
what control codes these machines support.

There are many such extensions and it does not seem feasable to enumerate
them all.  In any case, if an incompatibility is found, the extension can
be unloaded.
