Indeed. But let's say, that I wanted to use my 21" fixed-frequency
monitor. It's adjustable internally from around 20 kHz to a little above
31 (guessing). In fact, it *will* sync down to 15 kHz and hang there for
a split second, 128 display perfectly intact, and then shut off, 'cause it
doesn't like such a low frequency.
Could it be done if scan-doubled and fed to said monitor at 31 kHz?
