Since $0a is the result, I have modified the code to do the following:

  * on boot, only the bottom 4 bits are active.
  * Sending a magic write sequence to $1 will enable the high order
    bits:  $55,$aa,$00,$01
  * Magic sequence $55,aa,00,00 will turn it off

When units is in '816 mode, all bits are presented on pins.  The top 4 
address pins are available via a header on the v4 PCB.  I am awaiting 
the boards, will test, and then send the v4 to Michal so he can test the 
Rockwell 65C02 if desired.
