YES, IT IS! Or use even the 310654-05, it is even newer. the -03 ROM has some bugs. IIRC, it has problems recognising single-sided disks (i.e., 1541 disks), which may result in problems every now and then. The -05 ROM has it fixed. The -04 ROM is much "nearer" to the -05 than it is to the -03, thus, I believe most problems should be fixed, but the -05 is more reliable, anyway!
