Why wouldn't a 6809 good for 1,75MHz run with liber809-ish
hardware even at 1MHz? The timing won't be symmetrical but each phase
would be within the timing specs for a 2MHz 6809.

But there is no reason to try to copy the liber809 if it doesn't work
out of the box anyway.
