Theoretically, it could work. The video memory at $Bxxxx would wrap into
main memory at $3xxxx. So if we told MS-DOS that it has 192 kB of RAM,
not 256, it would not touch this memory. Some applications that
calculate memory size themselves could be problematic but otherwise
sounds reasonable.
