Provided that they actually own some. So far I've never heard of their claims being ever really tried/proven. And if they bought anything from "Amiga" I still doubt that "Amiga" sold them anything 8bit related. My gut feeling is that they may have some untried ownership of Amiga stuff copyrights, which may or may not hold when tried but they don't have anything to show, not even assertiveness, when it comes to the old, 8bit stuff.
