Escom were reported to buy everything.

There are also lots of hits on google for "Escom paid $14m for Commodore
International"

Tulip only bought the commodore trademark when Escom went bankrupt,
everything else went to Gateway 2000.
Tulip subsequently sold the commodore trademark, although they since
tried to buy it back. Gateway 2000 retained the patents, but sold
everything else to Amiga Inc.

Cloanto got the commodore and Amiga copyrights from Amiga Inc.

If you have compelling evidence that Cloanto don't have the rights then
I would be glad to change my opinion.
