You mean the USB Mass Storage? Quite possible but I can't comment much 
on that how much of "just" would be needed ;-)

When I was looking for a good solution, which was a couple of years ago 
already, there weren't many options available and only the ACARD worked 
very well. I tried another thing, which didn't work at all (showed up on 
the bus but then always got hung on real access - don't know why) and 
one that worked but very slow - like a few hundred KiB/s, compared to 
5+MiB/s with ACARD.
