I wonder why they run the CIA's in the 1571 at 2mhz, but the C128 only ever 
1mhz.
That seems an odd choice, although most of the C128 design decisions are 
odd. The Z80 is crippled the same as the C64 CPM cart, even though it should 
be able to run faster
