This would be a very worthwhile thing to compile.  If nobody has done it,
perhaps we should make a second attempt.

I'm afraid there are no sinister conspiracies, capitalist plots,
monopolistic schemes, or crafty deceptions; CMD is just slow -- reaaaal
sssslllloooooowwwwww -- about responding to email, not unlike many of us,
except that they probably get a lot more of it, and aren't on salary.

Have you tried calling them?  Sometimes Mark or Doug are around to answer
technical questions.
