You need to change the screen ROM $E000-E7FF.  This is where the CRTC is 
set up.  It is set up differently for 50 and 60 Hz.  Everything else is 
the same. For 220 V instead of 110, you need to change the connections on 
the primary of the power transformer.  110 V uses the black and white 
leads.  220 V uses the red and either black or white.  I can't tell which 
it is from the schematic.
