Aha, there are attachments to the referenced forum thread but
as a guest you don't get to see or download attachments from
that particular forum.

Since Michau is on the list as well, perhaps he'll post the
binaries on a more public place (even prepare an upload to
Zimmers FTP) for those who didn't plan on joining another forum.

I'll count the number of cartridge boards I have available and
return privately to those making requests.
