Hmm ... For me, it seems like the C=1, the basic concept is the same: having
an FPGA, to be able to load any emulation written in VHDL/Verilog. 
Interesting, and it seems to be more "compact" (and cheaper) than C=1 board
(which need to be mounted in a PC case). Imho/afaik ...
