For Verilog, I recommend the Ciletti book:

I haven't read this v2, but v1 was quite good:

VHDL is like Pascal, Verilog is like C. I prefer the latter but if you
know one, it is easy to learn the other. Also, SystemC is an up and
coming replacement.
