It could be that I am to blame, although I have a C128D, not a DCR.
If I remember correctly, the labels on the EPROMs were printed with
a 9-pin dot matrix printer.  That and some thermal paste applied on
the labels may have contributed to me misinterpreting the 8 as 3.

I still have the C128D (I kept my C128, C64, VIC-20 inventory while
giving everything else to Patryk and Ruud last summer), so theoretically
I could check it.  But the 128DCR is a nuisance to open, as you know.
I also have a flat C128, but with normal English layout, AFAIR.
