  This is THE reference I always ever used ..... (just had a quick look
  and didn't remember the last pages from J.B. regarding the C128
  memory map - did it had several editions ?)

  Hope I'll find back my printed copy - I had tryed to get a new one
  few years ago but the guy didn't wanted to send out of the USA/Canada
  ...
