Thank you, I did not know this one.
What is interesting:
1. My analyzes seems to be correct in most ways. ;-)
2. The gap written by the 4040 is 9, not 10 as I had read elsewhere.
Thus, the 1541-03 ROM and later use the SAME gap as the 4040, it is
only the 2031, 1540 and 1541-01 and -02 ROMs which use a shorter GAP
(and thus, give a potential problem).
