In Jim's list of CBM products the 8060 is listed:

  * CBM 8060      Dual 8", 750K, Off-White, IEEE-488.

No sign of the 8070 though, but considering:

;    8" floppy disk and one
;    8" hard disk

maybe it's the companion hard drive using the same controller?
