This "user-friendly" mailing list software doesn't allow certain phrases
on the list.  I replaced the word "address" with "add-ress" in the
following to get it through.

Yes. You change the screen base add-ress in the CRTC by writing
to the high-byte: poke $e880,12 (register): poke $e881,value
(Don't remember the correct value at the moment though.)
