Your assumption looks correct. However, this video will still be NTSC-M (the
Japanese standard.) I am not sure how much of a problem it will be, since I
am also unfamiliar with the difference in standards. I believe there are
different voltage levels used for the color, sync etc.. The R14 pot might be
able to help adjust a bit.
