Re-branded PET/CBM clone: anybody knows it?

Hi!

A friend of mine found a computer which is a PET/CBM clone: in fact, it uses
a Commodore motherboard but the case seems to be slightly modified. The firm
of this clone is "ROHDE&SCHWARZ".
You can find some photos here:
http://www.retrocomputing.net/parts/commodore/cbm/foto.html

What kind of machine could it be? I am not a PET/CBM expert, owning only an
8032... However, it seems to be that it is an older machine, maybe a
30xx/40xx series one?
Has anybody some more information about this particular clone?

Thanks!
