Synchonising clocks

Hello All,

I'm looking for a simple way for sychronising clocks (in the MHz range). The
obvious way is to start with a high frequency and divide it down. For
example, use the DOT clock (~8MHz) and generate 4, 2 and 1MHz.

But what I would really like is to synchronise a high frequency clock (say
12, 16, or 20MHz) such that at least one rising edge is at the same time as
the rising edge of Ph1 (or Ph2 if using the cartridge port). Ideally the
high clock would be one of those 4pin (in 16DIP) TTL output XTALs. Any
thoughts?

- Nick
