The 8701 is the same in all systems that use it. Three things are different between PAL and NTSC systems: * the clock divisor setting (a jumper next to the 8701 or MC4044) - bus clock = colour clock / 14 on NTSC - bus clock = colour clock / 18 on PAL * the video chip - 6567 for NTSC - 6569 for PAL * the RF modulator - the SX-64 probably doesn't have one, but its built-in monitor probably only knows one TV standard Many fastloaders work on PAL or NTSC systems only, not both of them.
