No, no, I only want to write to the new registers, but to save on decoding I
want the /VIC signal to still go straight to the VIC chip rather than make a
new VIC signal.

$D07E and D07F are in the SuperCPU (I think) and so no good. Hence I want
something that is free in both standard and upgraded C64s. I'll have to
build the mod and get someone to test it as Maurice has not answered me
either....
