C900 keyboard (Re: japanese C64 (fwd))

Speaking of Jan:

he also contacted me personally to seek help in creating a C900 keyboard 
adaptor (and asking for JC64 ROMs, of course). He sent me some interesting 
pictures showing the C900 keyboard controller assembly which consists of a 
R65001EB3 piggybacked with a 2716 EPROM. So I guess it should be pretty easy 
to read out the controller program. Anyway, someone already knows how the 
serial keyboard protocol looks like and if it's compatible with the PC, AT or 
Amiga?
