Hi all,

Today I got back the memory expansion I mentioned a couple of weeks ago.
The circuit board says Kingsoft '86, and the chips (two 4-bit 64k DRAMs,
two 74LS257s (multiplexers for the address bus I think) and a resistor
network) have date codes from 1989.  The module interfaces to the TED
socket.
