Not aware of any.  AFAIK most of the alleged parallel port adaptors are
specialised for speaking to printers, and don't give you enough control.

As I posted a few days ago, Snaffleupadisk works for unidirectional
transfers of non-copy-protected disk images.  I'd be quite happy for anyone
else to add more functionality ;)

Marko's CN232 software also works fine under Mac OS X - I can't remember how
much functionality the software has at this point in time, but certainly
loading and saving files to 'tape' works quite happily.
