Yes, I meant write-once, not write-only. I think that any sector-oriented
file system is bloated for this use, as the Am29F032B can be read and
programmed one byte at a time. Only erasing is either 64 kilobytes or
4 megabytes at a time.
It'd make more sense to use a standard file system for removable media. But
the flash ROM can only be accessed when the cartridge is inserted into a
Vic-20.
