I gave it a shot, and IRQ handling was the stumbling block. The Plus/4
only has a single IRQ line for all its devices, and the kernal
dispatches IRQs to the corresponding handlers. I wasn't familiar
enough with the machine to get it right, and there aren't any good
kernal disassemblies out there...
