Betreff: CP/M programming for the C128?

  Hej Allihopa!

I've been using CP/M+ on my C128 recently... (And I must confess that I've
gotten to like it... :-)

Now I'm beginning to try to program for CP/M... So have anybody on ths
list ever actually made any programs for CP/M on a CBM machine (Z80 asm
mainly)? Where do I start... Any hints as to where any good tutorials or
documents might be located would be appreciated.

And what I really want to know is how to access the command channel of my
1571-drive from CP/M... I've figured that it can't be done running on the
Z80 so I think I must switch bacjk to the 85xx and do something and return
to Z80 mode... How the heck do I go about doing this? And is there any good
crossasseblers for combined 65xx/85xx/Z80 programming (that can produce
runnable CP/M programs)?

  Regards,
  Mikael
