Well, if I can't sell enough VIC-20 versions to get rid of the fairly
expensive Flash ROM chips (the price I got from the local distributor
is about 20 EUR a piece, including tax), I'll probably create a C64
version that lacks the 32k RAM.

Yes, I've talked to their importer on phone, and it was no surprise to me
that they don't sell directly to smaller companies than Nokia.  And not so
surprisingly, Nokia doesn't need that big 5-volt Flash ROMs, as their phones
use 3-volt logic.

Thanks for the detective work!  The 120SC would be 120 ns, SO44, commercial
temperature range.  I guess I'll simply take the risk and order 37 or 51
chips from my local supplier, if I at least 30 people show their interest
in advance.
