Differences between Swedish and normal C128 kernal

Hej allihopa!

While I'm at it replacing the ROMs in my C128, it would be a good idea
to patch the JiffyDOS kernal so I can use the Swedish characters. Marko
wrote an article about this (archived on Funet) but it only describes
what has to be done to be able to switch between the different kernals
without mounting switches externally. I already have a switch installed
for JiffyDOS, so that's too late for me anyway. What I need to know is
which bytes have to be changed in the JiffyDOS kernal to make it aware
of the Swedish characters.

If I could only find a hex editor for Linux (or Windows, if necessary)
that lets me do such a simple thing as comparing two files (or if I
could figure out how to make diff do it for me) there would be no
problem.
