OT: looking for 100*AT90S1313-10SC

I'm sorry for this slightly off-topic message, but I'm looking for a 
cheap source of AT90S1313-10SC microcontrollers for the C2N232 device. 
Arrow, the supplier I chose for the MAX232 clone, the DB9F connector and 
the 8MHz crystal, cannot deliver these until the 9th of June.  Their 
price would be 2,575 EUR a piece (something over 2 USD) if I remember 
correctly.

If you know of a similarly cheap source that can deliver the parts 
sooner, please let me know.
