OT: low-voltage flash

Hi all!


A (not-so) little OT: I'm after a parallel, >=128Kbyte (256 would be the
best), PLCC, 3.3v flash memory chip. I'm out of luck here. Only one
reseller was positive, but I'd have to order at least 15 pieces, for
about $18 each.

Anyone knows of a good reseller (preferably, in the EU) who could
provide such a flash, in small (say 5 pieces) quantity?
