No, no jumpers. Some traces are cut in this case.

I have thought about this as well, one of the reasons I asked for info about
the 6854. But I doubt that this IC is available so one can make his own
cards.
And what about the software, manuals or what ever info? Do you have that as
well?
If it isn't possible to reproduce these cards and if you are really
interested, I'm willing it to trade it.
