Both of my working 2001 start with ***, so they have BASIC 1.0. One of them
has the 6540 ROMs in it with the lower version numbers, but the other one has
a set of very strange chips, including the CPU and I think the port chips.
They don't have any print on them, they only have a white sticker with a red
symbol that looks like an Euro currency symbol with only one bar, or just a
capital C with a horizontal bar. Anybody ever saw such chips? The third, dead
2001 board seems to have BASIC 2.0, it has the higher version numbers on the
6540 ROMs.
