Yes, the file "pics/scan1.jpg" relative to that address seems to match the
table of contents, as far as I can remember it. (The book is at home, and
I don't have net access from there yet.)
Another guide that I have is a Finnish "CBM 700 user's guide". It
contains some memory area listings printed with a dot matrix printer,
which appear to be inaccurate. But I haven't seen a listing of the
memory locations used by the B128/B256 BASIC interpreter elsewhere.
