With all respect for what you're doing, this is something like "mother does
not only the cooking but has to feed the baby as well". But I must say the
way you consealed your 64HDD inside a 1571 case, I can only admire it.

But if possible, I personnaly would go for EZUSB IC thing: one IC and maybe
some buffers. Hide inside the C64 (or whatever) and it looks more realistic.
you could even use a module or bootfloppy to program this IC at startup. No
PC needed.
