The only difference in the ROMs is the screen ROM ($E000-E7FF).
There 30 jumpers to change from an 8032 to a 4032-12 (fat 40)
There are also 2 2114 and a 74LS244 that are present in the 8032 and not
the 4032-12.

I have an 8032 where I have replaced the jumpers with DIP switches.
I can flip all the DIP switches, change the screen ROM, and remove the
extra 74LS244 and I have a 4032-12.
