VIC memory D02E-D03F

Hi All,

I have a concept for a video expansion device which adds a CIA in the region
D030-D03F. It should only need one TTL logic chip, the CIA and original VIC
and will socket back into the same spot.

As far as I understand it, these addresses are unimplemented on the standard
C64 (ok, on the C128 D02E-D030 are, but the CIA data port will be in the
D030 location anyway).

Though its not likely people will have used the registers for anything else,
can anyone confirm that they haven't heard of them being used?

- Nick
