Could you make a few pictures of the board? I think that the main problem
is those traces that are partially hidden under some ICs. You can track
these traces with a digital multimeter and annotate the pictures with
that information. Then it would be fairly simple to convert the circuit
board layout to a schematic diagram. The procedure would be far more
complex if it was a multilayer circuit board, with traces hidden inside
the board.
