A quick test in VICE suggests cart will boot if configured as above, but it
does no hardware setup of its own, so VIC chip is pointing to wrong
character set (actually looks to be in Hi-res graphics mode....) Looks like
it needs some pokes before jumping to the cold vector... but not impossible.
BTW: memory test eventually writes over the IO region and hangs.... (as
expected)
