For what it's worth, a fair amount of Mapping is like that, where it's
pretty clear he took someone else's explanation and didn't check it --
that is, after disassembling a routine it sometimes doesn't do what
Mapping says it should. Heck, even $01 isn't explained correctly.
Great book, just needs to be taken with a grain of salt :)
