Hallo Nick,

I should know as I placed one on the net as well :)

But the intention is to use an original 1541. This means that even people
with less experience in soldering can do the expansion. But I must asmit
that at the moment I have quite some problems in finding memory in the
original 2 KB to store data: the biggest trouble shooter is that I ALWAYS
have to reserve 512 bytes when I want to perform a sectorread or -write.
This and wanting to save at least one BAM-sector in memory means I have only
one buffer left to be used by the user :(

So one of my thoughts is adding at least 2KB as this can be done by
piggybacking and using an unused AND-gate on the board.
