Thanks for your help. I made the cable you suggested and it worked,
however, the monitor's display is too blurry and difficult to read; the
characters bleed into each other.
Is there anything else I can do to make the display clearer? Perhaps
modifying the custom cable?
I adjusted the monitor's sharpness to the Max but it did not help. I
played with the brightness and contrast but there is no improvement.
